With over 34 years of experience in healthcare, Dr. Kelly Brink is a leading authority in the field of holistic health and cellular vitality. She began her career as a Registered Nurse, spending more than two decades in Intensive Care Units, where she cared for patients of all ages. However, it was her personal health journey that ignited her passion for integrative wellness and cellular health. This pivotal experience shifted her focus from traditional hospital settings to a holistic approach that honors the body’s inherent ability to heal.
Through her own health journey, Dr. Brink discovered the powerful connection between cellular health and overall vitality. This revelation led her to pursue advanced education, become a Certified Health and Wellness Coach (CHWC), and eventually earn a PhD, along with a double doctorate in Natural and Holistic Medicine, becoming a Doctor of Natural Medicine (DNM) and a Doctor of Holistic Medicine (DHM). In 2019, she founded Kelly Brink LLC to empower clients with the tools and insights necessary to activate their self-healing mechanisms, grounded in both modern science and natural therapies.
Dr. Brink is also the author of Cellular Vitality: Natural Strategies to Boost Self-Healing and Optimize Mitochondrial Function. Her approach emphasizes the belief that optimal wellness is achieved by focusing on cellular health—supporting ATP energy production, cell membrane health, and a balanced cellular terrain. She integrates advanced therapies such as Ozone Sauna, PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy), Red Light, Near Infrared Light, and Bioenergetics to restore energy, enhance immune function, and support cellular regeneration.
As a passionate educator, Dr. Brink has spent the last decade teaching IV nutritional therapy to physicians worldwide, sharing her expertise and promoting a holistic approach to patient care. Her commitment to lifelong learning keeps her at the forefront of natural therapies, blending her clinical background with innovative health solutions to offer clients and colleagues a unique, balanced perspective.
After living in Southern California most of her life, she is now based in Texas to be closer to her family, Dr. Brink cherishes the time spent with her three grandsons and values faith, family, friends, furry babies, and her clients as the cornerstones of her life. Her work is guided by a deep belief in the body’s perfect design, a masterpiece created with everything it needs to heal, repair, and thrive. She finds great fulfillment in helping clients discover the “nudge” needed to restore balance, health, and vitality.
