With over 33 years of experience in healthcare, Dr. Kelly Brink stands as a guiding force in the field of holistic health and cellular vitality. Starting her career as a Registered Nurse, Dr. Brink spent more than two decades in Intensive Care Units, caring for patients across all ages. However, it was her profound personal health journey that ignited her passion for integrative wellness and cellular health, shifting her path from traditional hospital settings to a holistic approach that honors the body’s inherent ability to heal.
After navigating her own health crisis, Dr. Brink committed herself to extensive research in mitochondrial function and cellular health. Discovering firsthand the powerful connection between cellular health and overall vitality, she pursued advanced education and credentials. She received her Doctor of Philosophy and is a Doctor of Natural Medicine (DNM), a Doctor of Holistic Medicine (DHM), and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach (CHWC). In 2019, she founded Kelly Brink LLC to empower clients with the tools and insights to activate their self-healing mechanisms, grounded in both modern science and natural therapies.
Dr. Brink’s approach centers on the belief that optimal wellness is attainable when we focus on cellular health—supporting ATP energy production, cell membrane health, and a balanced cellular terrain. She utilizes advanced therapies, including Ozone Sauna, PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy), Red Light, Near Infrared Light, and Bioenergetics, to restore energy, boost immune function, and support cellular regeneration.
A passionate educator, Dr. Brink has also dedicated the last decade to teaching IV nutritional therapy to physicians worldwide, sharing her expertise and encouraging a holistic outlook on patient care. Her commitment to continuous learning keeps her at the forefront of natural therapies, blending her clinical background with innovative health solutions to offer her clients and colleagues a unique, balanced approach.
Now based in Texas to be closer to her family, Dr. Brink cherishes the time she spends with her two grandsons and values faith, family, friends, and her clients as the pillars of her life. Her work is guided by a deep-seated belief in the body’s perfect design, God's masterpiece, created with everything it needs to heal, repair, and thrive. She finds immense joy in helping clients uncover that “nudge” needed to restore balance, health, and vitality.
