Follow the 10 Step Warm Up Guide
- It is recommended that you go through the 10 Step Warm-Up Protocol before each treatment. (Protocol shown at left) The 10 Step Protocol prepares the body and opens up the lymphatic system and meridians. Follow the protocol by blowing/wanding areas of concern. For pain, it is recommended that you work up to 15 minutes on the painful area.
- Guide suggests 1-3 mins per body part. However, it could be a good idea to start with only 15-30 secs on each point when you first begin to ease your way into the frequency application.
- If you do not have time to complete the entire protocol each time, it is recommended that you at least wand the palms and soles before doing problem areas.
- Be sure to drink the charged water before and after each treatment as per the guidelines. Water can be room temperature, it does not have to be warmed up. Wand the water with Iteracare for 1-3 minutes in a glass container.
- Do not blow on top of head with high blood pressure.
- Do not use the device directly over any kind of implant or foreign object in the body.
- Try to work up to wanding twice per day, with 4 hours in-between sessions.
