Dr. Kelly Brink is a clinician, educator, entrepreneur, and Registered Nurse with more than three decades of experience in healthcare. She began her career in nursing and spent over 20 years in Intensive Care Units caring for patients across the lifespan. Over time, her own health crisis became a turning point, leading her to a deeper understanding that resilient health begins at the cellular level. That realization moved her from hospital-based care into integrative, whole-person wellness.
During that season, Dr. Brink recognized that many of the simple, time-tested elements found in biblical wisdom—pure water, mineral-rich salt, honest foods, healing herbs, and sacred oils—reflect what the body needs to support cellular energy, repair, and resilience. What Scripture presents as wisdom, physiology often reflects through mitochondrial support, mineral balance, cellular communication, and restoration. As she aligned faith-rooted practices with science-grounded strategies in her own life, she experienced meaningful healing. That experience became the foundation of her calling and the work she now shares with others.
Faith and Science in Harmony
Dr. Brink’s approach honors scriptural wisdom while remaining grounded in physiology, biochemistry, and practical wellness support. Her work reflects principles such as hydration, mineral balance, whole-food nourishment, herbs, oils, restorative sleep, fasting, light exposure, movement, gratitude, and community—elements that align with mitochondrial biology, redox balance, circadian rhythm, membrane health, terrain health, and cellular resilience. This faith-informed, science-grounded integration is the heartbeat of her practice.
Committed to continued growth and education, Dr. Brink became a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, earned a PhD, and completed advanced doctoral training in Functional, Natural, and Holistic Medicine. In 2019, she founded Kelly Brink LLC to equip clients with practical, science-based strategies that support the body’s God-given design to restore, repair, and function more efficiently.
Dr. Brink is also a published author. Her books include Cellular Vitality: Natural Strategies to Boost Self-Healing and Optimize Mitochondrial Function, The Belly Fat Fix: A 4-Week Wellness Plan to Support Metabolism, Energy, and Healthy Weight Balance Naturally, and Awaken My Soul: A Christian Journal for Healing, Prayer, and Spiritual Renewal. Her work is centered on a cell-first philosophy—supporting ATP energy production, resilient cell membranes, and a balanced cellular terrain.
Clinically, she incorporates advanced, non-invasive wellness tools including Ozone Sauna, PEMF, Storz Radial Shockwave, Red and Near-Infrared Light, Terahertz Wand support, the miHealth bioelectric device, and bioenergetic technologies as part of a broader wellness-focused approach designed to support energy, resilience, and balance.
As a passionate educator, Dr. Brink has spent the last decade teaching IV nutritional therapy to physicians around the world. She is known for translating complex physiology and complicated regulations into practical, understandable steps, combining clinical depth with warmth, encouragement, and real-world application.
After spending much of her life in Southern California, Dr. Brink now lives in Texas to be closer to family. She treasures time with her three grandsons and keeps faith, family, friends, furry companions, and her clients close to her heart. Guided by the belief that the body is beautifully designed to heal, repair, and thrive, she helps clients uncover the small but important shifts that can help restore balance in mind, body, and soul.
Her mission is captured in a phrase that has guided her for years:
Fix the cell to get—and stay—well.
