How It Works

Review and sign the Concierge Coaching Agreement on the Forms page of the website.
Your membership will begin on your start date and renew automatically each month.
Once enrolled, you will receive your private communication contact.
Memberships may be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

Do unused calls roll over?
No. Unused calls do not carry over into the following month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Memberships may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. Access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
When are messages answered?
Messages are answered during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. Messages received after hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be answered the next business day.
Is this medical care?
No. Concierge Coaching provides wellness education and support only and is not medical care. Please continue to work with your licensed medical provider.
Can I upgrade or downgrade tiers later?
Yes. Tier changes may be made by emailing the office and will take effect with your next billing cycle.
