How to self scan on E4L/NES Health:


To do the self scan on E4L/NES Health :

1. Log in to E4L/NES Health https://portal.e4l.com/

2. Top left, click on “Scans”

3. Top left, click on “BWS VOICE SCAN”

4. Make sure microphone on computer or phone is on, be in quiet space

5. Click Microphone image on screen with mouse cursor (it’s a blue circle)

6. Count to 15 in your regular voice, at the speed you would normally talk.

7. Once completed, if you feel it was a successful scan (no noise, or interruptions), click “PROCESS”


This will notify me that you completed the scan for my review and full analysis, if desired.

  • Print “Forms”- complete and return to me. 
  • Appointments are required.   
  • An initial consultation is required before Ozone Sauna, PEMF, and Shockwave.  
  • We have the right to refuse service based on Intake Questionnaire.  Safety is always first!
  • Arrive on time for your appointment to allow time for a complete session.  Time will be subtracted from your session. 
  • Cancellation Policy: Must cancel 24 hours before appointment or will be charged for missed appointment.  
  • Payment is due at time of service.
